We were on the last day of our 8 day vacation to Disney World, and hadn’t yet had any Italian food. We were really in the mood for a delicious Italian meal. Tony’s Town Square had the worst Italian food we have ever had! The sauce was absolutely terrible, basically inedible. Even though we were hungry, we left all of our food. The service by our waitress was also the worst. She never showed up to even take our drink order. After at least ten minutes, we asked a waiter walking by if he knew where our waitress was. He offered to take our drink orders as he didn’t see her anywhere. After he brought our drinks, he took our meal order, as she still had not appeared. The kitchen staff brought out our food. Even the bread was terrible! Our waitress finally appeared after we were attempting to eat the horrible food, and made no apology for not showing up sooner. When we left, we handed the waiter who had helped us a generous tip, and left nothing for the awful waitress. We didn’t feel like ruining our last day at Disney World by arguing with a stupid, inept waitress, or going over the details with the manager. The restaurant atmosphere is nice, but please don’t eat there. The food and service really are so bad.
